State & Story is a creative marketing and consulting studio led by Katelon Ramos, a Philly-based marketer with Texas roots. With a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications and Creative Strategy, Katelon pairs a love for thoughtful design with a belief in the impact of story-driven strategy.

With years of experience across brand identity, content creation, social strategy, and campaign production, Katelon brings big-picture thinking and detail-driven execution to every project. She's worked with clients across industries — from real estate to financial services to wellness to lifestyle — helping brands define their voice, elevate their visuals, and show up with intention.

Her approach blends strategy with style, always grounded in human connection and creative clarity. Whether crafting a full brand identity or quietly supporting the behind-the-scenes details, State & Story helps brands move from where they are to where they want to be: boldly, cohesively, and beautifully.

When she’s not building brands, you’ll find Katelon finding the next best pasta spot in Philly, exploring new cities (London is a forever favorite), and staying grounded with a good pilates class at her favorite local studio. Her dachshund Arlo, the resident creative supervisor, occasional muse, and full-time napper, keeps things playful.
